We require the services of a Receptionist to join the team in a fast paced and energetic environment. The successful candidate will manage the front desk receptionist and related duties, switchboard, serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Candidate must have excellent typing, organisational, follow up and record management skills, interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be good at prioritizing varied administrative tasks to make sure that multiple deadlines are met. The candidate must be competent in MS Office with advanced Excel skills, and have an aptitude for figure work. As the Receptionist they are the heart of our team’s business operations and the first point of contact our clients / members have with us. An individual with an upbeat, energetic, positive, mature and professional attitude is required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience essential.
